ET Payroll Services Ltd is accredited by the Payroll Compliance Authority (PCA), which is an independent and not-for-profit organisation formed in 2023 to provide a crystal-clear benchmark by which to identify fully compliant umbrella companies.

Founder Member of the Payroll Compliance Authority (PCA)

As a founder Member of the PCA, all payroll models, processes and procedures implemented by ET Payroll Services Ltd successfully passed a stringent audit conducted by Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP (PwC) throughout the summer of 2023. The globally renowned accountancy firm completed its audit report of factual findings against the PCA's accreditation framework and in full accordance with the international Standard on Related Services (ISRS) 4400 'Agreed-Upon Procedures Engagements'.

The audit also certifies that the company's ownership structure and operational conduct meet the standards demanded by all current employment legislation and industry best practices.

Compliance Without Compromise

The Payroll Compliance Authority is managed by a wholly independent Board of professionals who share a common desire to ensure that the assignment-based supply chain operates fairly and without exposing stakeholders to any risk of tax avoidance or financial liabilities, including agencies, contractors, and hirers.

Reviewed annually, ET Payroll Services' membership of the PCA provides clients with complete confidence in the commercial activities of our commercial activities and of our commitment to elevated compliance and that they conform to our Legal Framework drafted by Fieldfisher LLP. Our Certificate of Compliance was issued in June 2023.
